Welcome to Clementine House — a warm, lovingly maintained 3-bedroom holiday home on a quiet cul-de-sac in Skegness, Lincolnshire.
This place is very special to us. It was our first home when we moved in together in Skegness, and we’ve filled it with everything we wished we’d had as guests ourselves. From the espresso machine to the 50” Smart TV, every detail has been thought through.
Situated on a peaceful modern estate, the beach and town centre are a 25-minute walk away — or a short drive if you’d rather save your legs for the sand. Aldi and M&S Food are just around the corner, and Natureland Seal Sanctuary, Fantasy Island and Butlins are all within easy reach. There’s up to 3 parking spaces on the driveway and a private, fully fenced garden to the rear.
Well-behaved pets are very welcome — the garden has full-height fencing all round and a lockable side gate.

Yes — well-behaved pets are very welcome. We allow 1 pet per stay. A pet supplement of £20 per stay applies, payable alongside your booking balance.
Yes. The rear garden is fully enclosed with full-height fencing on all sides. The side entrance from the driveway is secured by a lockable gate, so your pet can roam freely.
Yes, there are up to 3 parking spaces on the driveway directly in front of the house. No permit or parking charge required.
Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
The house uses self check-in via a key lock box. Your personal access code will be sent a few days before your arrival.
Yes — fresh linen, duvets and towels are all provided for every guest. There's no need to bring your own.
Yes, a travel cot and highchair are available at no extra charge. Baby safety gates are also provided for the stairs.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Guests are welcome to smoke outside in the garden.
We require a minimum of 2 nights. There is no maximum stay — longer stays are welcome.
Payment is by bank transfer. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 6 weeks before arrival. Bank details are provided on confirmation.
If you cancel more than 4 weeks before arrival, the full balance is refunded but the deposit is retained. Cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.

Skegness Beach and Pier is 1.3 miles from the house — around 25 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. There’s parking available at the house so driving to the beach is easy.
Yes — we can provide an invoice for your stay. Just let us know when you enquire or any time before your departure and we’ll email it to you upon completion of your stay.
